Happy New Year!
The end of 2011 came quickly and with the move and the new job, keeping up on the blog hasn’t been a top priority. Things have finally settled down and I plan on making a habit of posting every Monday. I will start with the last 2 days of the “Cleanse Diet” and after that I will feature a new recipe each week. I am always open to suggestions so please speak up with questions, comments and ideas for features you would like to see in the future.
