Sunday Smoothies: Mixed Berry, Peach and Cranberry



1 c Mixed Berries, frozen
1 ea Peach, medium, fresh
1 c Cranberry Juice
1 tb Honey
1 tb Chia Seed

-     Place the berries, juice and honey into the blender in that order.


-     Carefully use a paring knife to cut the peach off the pitt and place it in the blender.


-     Blend all ingredients until smooth.  Add the chia seed and stir to blend in…enjoy!
