Cleansing Diet, Day 5: Fruit Smoothie # 2

1 Serving

½ c Honeydew Melon
1 c Watermelon
½ c Grapefruit Juice: I recommend R.W. Knudsen Organic Juice
*Plus Remaining Ingredients of the Fruit Smoothie Base

- Add ice, fruit, juice, honey and blend.
- Once all items are blended well, pour into a glass and add chia seeds. Stir well and enjoy!
