Cleansing Diet, Day 11: Back to Fruit and Packing a Lunch

The morning of day 11 (back in August) we were preparing to go hiking and rock climbing for the day and in a hurry to meet friends. We skipped the smoothies and grabbed an abundance of fresh fruits, vegetables and nuts to take for the day.

Carrot Sticks, celery sticks, peaches, plums and grapes were all easy to pack and light to carry. Add some mixed nuts for energy and we were surprisingly full for the day!
